This is a whole-foods based protocol that we use with our in-person health coaching clients.
What you'll get:
- We outline a set of food choices everyday.
- You may eat as much of the choices described.
- Success will depend on planning ahead and creating a list of recipes to employ during the 10 days.
- Videos on achieving optimal health!
The program defines groups of foods to be eaten everyday. The program eliminates certain groups in the middle of the program (adding them back in at the conclusion) allowing people to evaluate food sensitivities to ingredients like gluten, rice and nuts. Many report better sleep, clearer skin and brighter eyes by day 7.
