Make the Changes You Want

As our world evolves, grows, and diversifies in opinions, so does the view of being open to self-care, understanding the heart and mind better, and prioritizing our health. Therapy is part of that. Therapy can help you figure out what you may need to change and make the changes that you want.

Everyone has their own unique therapeutic journey. The amount of time and attention the process requires will depend on your reasons for starting: a specific challenge or issue that you are facing, a life transition, or a deeper emotional trauma from the past. The best part is that we figure it out together!

I truly believe in therapy and the power of the therapeutic journey.

Therapy Changed My Life!

As a therapist, I can’t begin to fully describe how much therapy changed my life. And I continue to be amazed by the ways my clients find clarity around their priorities and empower themselves to take charge of their lives. Many stay in touch with me to continue to share their evolving stories and ways our work together had such a positive effect in their lives.

My clients!

The best part of what makes me who I am as a therapist are all of the clients who have let me into their lives and trusted me with their stories throughout the years. In our collaborative work together, I continue to grow and evolve as a therapist. I feel honored to be a part of their journey as each session brings them a better understanding of themselves, more growth and greater resilience.

Life!

I draw from my personal life to better myself professionally.

Being a parent and stepparent, navigating the executive professional world and career transition, surviving trauma and life after divorce, and then finding a healthy and happy relationship with my partner, are all the ways I work with clients.

In my free time, when I am not expanding my clinical knowledge, I love to travel, cook all kinds of cuisine with my family, try new restaurants, go to community theatre, swim, and hike in beautiful New Jersey!

I enjoy spending quality time with my family. And when I have some solo quiet moments, a good book, my favorite 80s music, and a cup of tea do the trick for me!
