This is a 12 week, At Home Workout Program that requires no equipment.
Each workout in the program increases in length and difficulty to progress you into an active, pain free lifestyle by building endurance, strengthening your muscles, and improving your posture and balance.
This program comes with a schedule of when to do each workout throughout the 12 weeks and pictures and cues for the exercises so you can get the most out of each workout.
It also comes with tips on joint pain, how to engage your muscles and even tips on how to live a more active lifestyle.
By the end of this program you will be able to get out of a chair and off the floor easier with a smaller risk of falling.

A) Access to detailed Videos of all 35 exercises that help teach you how to not only perform the exercise correctly, but more importantly how to stabilize and engage your core during these exercises.
B) PDF that walks you through when to perform each workout throughout the 12 weeks
Kristen Mills has been training for over 15 years.
She has a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology along with multiple certifications including a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS). Although she loves working with people of all different backgrounds and goals, she has a special passion for helping people get rid of joint pain and just feel better.
